Ryan Koseski has been involved in leadership roles in three materials start-ups. He has managed up to a $2M annual budget as a Technical Manager for global, Fortune 500, non-oxide ceramic manufacturers. Over that me he managed multiple product launches from bench to product on scale. Managed multiple diverse technical teams as large as 10 members. Ryan held a post-doctoral role as well as a prestigious post-doctoral fellowship (National Research Council) while at the Department of Commerce National Lab, The National Institute of Standards and Technology.
